Let's Build Finance the Smart Way 

We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance & Risk Analyst to join our collaborative Finance & Risk team.

In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure to financial operations, credit risk management, and strategic finance projects. What You'll Do : 

Financial planning and Strategic analysis : 

• Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic business planning, budgeting, and project acquisitions, providing clear, actionable insights for growth.

• Develop compelling investor materials and actively participate in discussions with current and potential partners, integrating commercial, operational, and financial perspectives to effectively execute our company's strategic vision.

Credit & Risk Management :  

• Contribute to credit assessments, portfolio monitoring and delinquency/default rates.

• Help refine internal risk metrics and perform risk assessments of Individuals, Counterparties and Portfolios

Project Finance : 

• Help prepare essential documents for funding rounds, loan drawdowns, and bank updates.Get involved in the financial side of new deals and acquisitions.

Reporting & Analysis :  

• Prepare financial reports, track budget vs. actuals, and help turn data into decision-ready insights for the leadership team.

Process & Tech Innovation :  

• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement, leveraging new technologies, including AI, to help our team work smarter.

Team Cooperation & Support : 

• Collaborate closely on finance tasks like invoice reviews, supplier onboarding, and monthly closings to enhance forecasting and budgeting accuracy.

What You Bring 

We’re looking for potential, drive, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. You might be a great fit if you:

• Are naturally curious, thoughtful, and breaking down complex ideas into clear insights

• Bring an analytical mindset and love solving problems using data

• Feel confident working in Excel and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy

• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team setting

• Have hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or risk — whether from work, study, or internships

• Are familiar with tools like Datev, Diamant, or Python, SAS or R — a plus, but not required

• Have studied Finance, Economics, Math, Science, or a related field — or gained equivalent experience in another way

• Speak fluent English and German
